Punching
Also called " tooling detachment" in relation to injection-compression moulding, it involves the separation of rubber elements from the circular base resulting from the moulding itself. A tool built to size on the mould, detaches the parts from the base with extreme precision.
Post-curing/stabilisation
The compounds achieve their properties through a proper vulcanization process, which takes place during moulding, and then, in almost all cases, post-curing or stabilisation, a heat treatment in dedicated ovens, at a temperature and for a time defined according to the material, aimed at achieving the optimal physical-mechanical characteristics of the finished products.
Selection and quality control
In addition to frequent process controls during each stage of the production, Attivar performs selection and quality control on each produced part.
